
RPA Controller to Swedbank!
Help us keep Swedbank’s digital processes running smoothly. We’re looking for a RPA Controller who enjoys solving technical issues and wants to grow in a role that combines operations with automation. You’ll work closely with development teams, support daily process execution, and help improve our digital workflows. Experience with troubleshooting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Blue Prism or similar RPA tools are key to succeeding in this role.

About the role
As an RPA Controller, you will monitor robot performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide first-line support to ensure seamless operation of automated processes within the bank's back-office. You'll be part of a centralized team maintaining our digital workforce.
This is a consulting assignment of at least 12 months. For the right person, there will be the possibility of over-recruitment to Swedbank.
Work tasks
- Monitor the performance of digital processes and ensure operational continuity.
- Take ownership of operational issues, driving them to resolution with a proactive and structured approach.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve issues, and to drive continuous service improvement.
- Administer and support day-to-day process execution, including scheduling and stability assurance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to the evolution of the role by gradually engaging in technical tasks such as bug fixing and automation enhancements.
We are looking for
- Good IT and programming skills
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and debugging digital processes or systems.
- Prior experience in a technical support or operations role is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Blue Prism Automation
- Good knowledge in English. Its meritorious with Swedish.
It is meritorious if you have
- Advanced knowledge of Python or C#/.NET
To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change control and defect management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt as the role evolves with the introduction of intelligent orchestration tools.
