About the role

JOSAM is a world-leading brand and a part of the American Snap-on group. Located in Örebro, approximately 25 colleagues work in various roles within product development, sales, orders, training, workshops, service, and support. Here, you'll find yourself in a familiar workplace with high technical expertise and low staff turnover.

As a Technical Trainer, you will, together with your colleague Henrik, lead and develop product training for the group's products within the heavy vehicle industry. This includes everything from planning and creating course materials to practical training implementation. You will work towards a global market and conduct training for distributors and end-users who are using the products in workshop environments. The products you will instruct and educate on primarily include products and solutions for frame alignment, wheel alignment, induction heaters, and damage management, to ensure that vehicles are correctly adjusted and in good condition. You will work with several clients, with the largest being Scania, Mercedes, and Volvo. Please read more about the training in this link.

Work tasks

  • Planning and conducting product usage training
  • Participation in development and launch projects
  • Assisting in the installation of products at customer sites
  • Internal collaborations with colleagues, such as sales representatives and technicians

We are looking for

  • Has previous experience in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of heavy vehicles
  • Has good English skills, as training globally is conducted in this language
  • Is social and enjoys a role with a lot of contact with people
  • Has good knowledge of the Office package
  • Has a driver's license B

It is meritorious if you have

  • Previous experience in using the group's products
  • Previous experience in teaching
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and other global languages
  • Driver's license C and D

The position involves global travel, which requires a personal situation that allows for travel, with trips often including overnight stays.
