Communicative Accounting Assistant to XVIVO in Gothenburg!

The finance team in Gothenburg is now looking for a committed and initiative-taking person for the role of Accounting Assistant, to primarily be responsible for their accounts payable function. The finance team is a global team, of which four people are currently located at the head office in Gothenburg.

As part of the global finance team, you will have an important role in managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers as well as in- and outflows of payments, for both the Swedish and the Dutch company. Essential in this role is communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers as there are many contact points in your daily work. You will also have the opportunity to assist with monthly closing and reporting. For the right person, there are always development opportunities at XVIVO.

• Passed relevant post-secondary education in the economic field
• Fluent in Business English, speech and writing since it is their company language
• Fluent in Swedish, speech and writing, required to interpret and understand invoices and guidelines
• Good knowledge from relevant business systems, preferably Jeeves

It is meritorious if you:

• Worked with VAT rules for other countries in Europe
• Speech and writing in Spanish and/or Dutch
