• Guardian of, and responsible for, all budgeting, forecasting, follow up and reporting of costs and efficiencies in the areas of Finance, Business, Logistics, Sales and Purchasing
• Identify and set KPIs as well as solid reporting and forecasting routines and processes
• P&L and KPI analysis with early warning mentality and suggestions for improvement where needed, in particular if there are deviations to plans or budgets
• Perform financial and business analysis for Brand Management both in Sweden and the US to support pro active business decisions across all areas
• Provide strategic analysis in all business areas to drive solutions and improvement of business objectives and operational processes
• Control operational expenses and seek for areas of savings, efficinces and productivity
• Participate proactively in strategic planning and decision making processes
• Lead and assist in various projects assigned by management and HQ
• Ensure the business has the right IT and system support including ERP system to be able to manage both internal control and specific customer needs
• Support management in preparations of various presentations both external (such as customer proposals and offers ) and internal (such as board meeting presentations)
• Responsible on both a strategic and operational level for all areas above

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or similar
• Experience from similar role
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Flexible working hours since Ducks In a Row operate over different time zones (primarily New York)

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have:

• Experience from the consumer goods industry
