The role as Group Payroll Specialist is characterized by personal responsibility combined with a strong team spirit where everyone strives to make tomorrow even better. You will get the opportunity to broaden your payroll expertise within the Nordic countries as well as work with identifying opportunities for process improvement so that we may grow together with you.

You will be part of a finance department with approximately 50 full-time and part-time employees in various roles and processes, the majority of whom are based in Linköping. Our culture is characterized by ambitious and kind people, and we are convinced that it is our employees who are the foundation for our growth and development. General information

Start: According to agreement

Contract: Fulltime

Location: Linköping, we would love to see you in the office about 3 days a week and the finance team is usually in during Tuesdays and Fridays. (Don’t miss out on that Friday feeling which is exceptional at the Linköping office).

Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no Cover Letter is necessary. If you fullfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. If you proceed, the next step is a telephone interview and later on a behavioural descriptive interview that will be through Teams with Lisette Lind, Talent Acquisition Manager and Emma Brodin, Group Consultant Payroll Manager. For our final candidate, we would love to invite you to the office for a fika with Emma and our coworker Maria to get to know you better and show you around the office.

As our selection process is continuous, please apply as soon as possible but no later than the 12th of May.
