About the role

As an Algorithm Developer, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in developing cutting-edge eye tracking technology at a company that will revolutionize the automotive industry and improve driver safety.

We're looking for a talented developer with a solid programming background. In this role, you'll work with a cross-functional development team to design and develop components, interfaces, and tooling for our Driver Monitor System (DMS) solution. As the work will be carried out in a team, it is required to be present at our office in Danderyd for more than 60% of the time. However, this also means that there is a possibility to work remotely to some extent.

In addition to technical skills, we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with our team and customers and have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. We are looking for someone with broad knowledge and a versatile individual capable of contributing in various capacities. We're a company that values clear communication, collaboration, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

We are looking for

MSc or PhD in engineering physics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent
More than 2 years of experience with algorithm development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
Knowledge about machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Expertise in system development, with a focus on Image Processing as part of solution
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written, as this is the language you will communicate in
Strong understanding of statistics, mathematics and signal handling

It is meritorious if you have

Knowledge of database management
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as google-test
Experience releasing software to larger customers
Knowledge of regulatory standards for SW/products (e.g., automotive, med tech, defense, aerospace)
