In the legal domain area within Product Development IT, Scania develops applications to make it possible for Scania to fulfil legislation demands and sell their products globally. The legislations they support are Emissions, Chemical substances, Legal marking, Cyber Security and Export control. The challenge is to navigate through a dynamic legal environment, understand complex concepts, see opportunities, and formulate clear directions. With large and new areas like electrification and autonomous vehicles around our corner.
The Legal Team are a group of 10 members, including developers, software & solution architects. The team is a friendly group with diverse backgrounds and experiences, who likes to work in an open atmosphere. Together they work closely with the business and with different technologies to develop high quality software for product legislations. The Legal-IT team are flexible in their way of working, and offers the possibility to work both from the office and home, but meet regulary in the office to foster great team spirit!
