As the new Group CEO, your role will be pivotal in propelling Winona towards these objectives. Our aspiration to expand internationally materialized in 2023. With Winona Germany and Finland now operational, we are stepping into new markets filled with exciting opportunities.
We are now looking for an experienced business leader to take the role as Group CEO of Winona, guiding us through the next phase of our journey. As CEO of a growing company within a larger, well-established group, you will embark on an entrepreneurial journey alongside founding Managing Directors in each country. Your role will involve harnessing synergies with sister companies within the group, driving profitability as well as growth in current markets and expanding into new markets. In essence, you'll be at the forefront of leading our business's dynamic growth and global reach.
This role presents a chance to leverage your business insight and leadership expertise to foster Winona Group's development and profitable growth in a competitive market. As the CEO of Winona Group, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Directors of each country and be an integral part of the Akind Group's management team. You will report directly to Johan Skarborg, the Group CEO of Akind.

The CEO is responsible for ensuring that we have a clear strategy defining our winning aspirations, our playing field, how we differentiate ourselves, our key success factors, and core capabilities. As CEO, you will lead and cooperate with an international team of Managing Directors and jointly drive growth, increase profitability and constantly being on the search for how to develop the company and take it to the next level.
As CEO of Winona you will initially lead a relatively small organization, being part of a larger company group (Akind). On the one hand, this means you need to be hands-on in developing the business of each country together with Managing Directors and Management Groups, but also making sure Winona benefits from the synergies and potential within Akind Group.
You understand the strategies and priorities of the business and apply your knowledge to achieve objectives. You are result-oriented and convey a sense of urgency when you make completing the job a top priority. With ease navigating between operative tasks and strategic queries.
A key factor for success in this role is the ability to build networks, establish credibility and trust, as well as developing new relationships or strengthen existing ones. You cooperate well and communicate with clarity and ease, effectively leading through the Managing Directors.
