IT Project Manager to EuroMaint

EuroMaint's vision is to be the Nordic region's leading independent supplier of maintenance services for all parts of the rail transport industry. Euromaint is based in Sweden and Norway and for this role you will be working either in the office in Solna, Stockholm or Örebro.

At EuroMaint IT we are currently undergoing a transformation with our tools and processes to be more data-driven, and we are looking for a project manager to join the team and support a number of transformation projects including:

• Developing tools and services to enable our employees and clients to make better desitions with the data we have.
• Working and guiding colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions with tecnology at the core.
• Developing new realtime interfaces to our clients systems, cloud adoption for key services and other innovation projects.

The IT project manager is expected to work as part of the team to lead and execute IT projects applying project management principles to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the needs.

EuroMaint has offices in Stockholm and Örebro, and you can choose where you want to be based. You will be traveling and working from both offices and also visiting the train depots from time to time.

• Setup and manage a process for managing complex IT projects of various sizes and scopes based on industry principles and frameworks such as PMP, APM, PRINCE 2 or equivalent.
• Managing relationships with key business stakeholders and ensure that business requirements are effectively captured, and the impact of project/program are understood by the business.
• Drive process for managing resources for the various projects as appropriate. Identifying resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Monitoring the status of actions, risks and issues and create reports for management as well as presenting in person.
• Creating and executing project work plans and updates as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements to ensure deliverables are met effectively and efficiently.
• Managing project budget and ensures escalation of cost changes.

• You work as a project or program manager today with focus on managing complex IT environments.
• Experience with ERP and EAM systems as well as interface development for these systems
• Experience of Technical/IT project management where you have experience with big and complex projects spanning both IT and the wider business.
• A demonstrated track record of success in delivering strategic, complex, cross-functional and multi-site projects on-time, on-budget and to committed deliverables to generate significant business value.
• Good people and communication skills including speaking fluently and writing in English and Swedish.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to successfully mentor, coach and develop people's capabilties.

It is meritorious if you

• Are Project Management Certified.
• Have demonstrated change management experiences.
• It is also advantageous if you have previously also held roles as program manager, product owner or agile manager as a complement.
