IT Support

About the role

As an IT Support, you will be the first point of contact for employee technical issues, ensuring all systems and devices run smoothly. You will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations and facilitating employee onboarding. This is a fixed-term consultancy assignment starting asap.

Work tasks

This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance to employees, managing IT assets, and maintaining local infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.

• Provide general IT support to employees.
• Manage access, devices, and software for all employees.
• Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure, including workstations, meeting rooms, and printers.

We are looking for

• A couple years proven practical experience in IT support.
• Good knowledge of Office 365.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Fluent in English.

It is meritorious if you have

• Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
