The team in Gothenburg, Sweden is growing and are now looking for a Software Developer who will be working within the audio and infotainment platform together with a global software development team.

As a Software Developer at ALPS Alpine your daily work together with the team will focus on software development including unit testing for a Qualcomm and QNX platform. Furthermore you will be working with embedded software development and software integration in an Automotive context. Besides the mentioned key activities above, you will:

• Be involved in the full lifecycle of different projects
• Interact with both 3rd party software developers as well as customer software developers, to build the best technical solutions
• Audio and Tuner software stacks for Automotive

You have a can-do attitude and naturally takes own initiatives. A innovative mindset will highly be beneficial in this role, to be able to solve obstacles and come up with new software feature ideas. Being a team-player is something that reflects your way of acting, to be able to assist your colleagues in the daily work. You as a person are eager to learn and to continue to develop in your role and within the company. In some extent you understand the electronic circuit design and how the software and hardware interfaces in detail.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering
• Experience in embedded programming, particularly in the automotive industry
• Previous experience from Qualcomm and QNX Audio and Tuner platform
• Familiar with Audio and Tuner software stacks based in QNX and Android running on QC SoCs
• Knowledge in C, C++ and Python
• Knowledge in Git, Gerrit and Jenkins
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Previous experience from using CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore experience from supporting the CI/CD Leader to implement improvements in the CI/CD pipelines is appreciated skills
