About the role

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and administration? As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team, with a focus on billing administration in SAP. Your responsibilities will include managing invoicing processes, ensuring accurate financial data entry, and contributing to the smooth operation of financial workflows.

Work tasks

  • Validate and process invoices in SAP, supporting the Finance team with required documentation.
  • Administer programming budget files proactively, ensuring they are well maintained and up to date.
  • Support intercompany rights administration, including controlling invoices and managing rights flows.

We are looking for

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with billing
  • Experience working in administrative tasks or roles
  • Hands-on experience using SAP
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools

It is meritorious if you have

  • Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA
