Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to a Leading Finance & Tech Company

About the role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a service dedicated, Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent who thrives on direct client interaction. In this role, you will work with technical and functional support at a fast growing company within accounting, payroll, and tax. You will serve as a key point of contact for users of the company’s proprietary business system. The position involves handling incoming cases via phone and email, with a strong focus on phone interaction, troubleshooting, and guiding users through issues with warmth, patience, and clarity.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately. The assignment will initially last six months, with strong opportunities for both extension and permanent employment. You will be based at the modern office in central Stockholm,.

With the possibility to work from home two days per week.

Work tasks

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support customers and internal users in Denmark through:

• Handling incoming support cases via phone and email, prioritizing personal connection and high-quality service on every case
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer users and internal employees when troubleshooting technical issues in Aspia’s business system and its integrated subsystems
• Maintaining collaboration with Second Line support and other cross-functional teams
• Contributing to the development of processes and routines

We are looking for

• Has fluent proficiency in Danish, both spoken and written
• Has very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Has previous experience in customer support
• Is comfortable, confident, and genuinely enjoys talking on the phone
• Has good system and computer skills

It is meritorious if you have

• Background in economics and/or interest in IT
• Experience with accounting and/or business systems
