Front Desk Manager at a Swedish brand with global presence

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and office support at our client’s headquarters in Stockholm. You will manage the front desk, ensuring all office services and requests are completed smoothly while providing excellent service to colleagues and visitors. As the face of the company, you will represent the brand professionally to all external guests.

Responsibilities include staffing management, office communication, managing supplies, organizing events, supporting facilities, and overseeing vendor contracts and travel services. You’ll also manage cost and invoice coding for office operations.

You will report to the People Manager and belong to a team of five. At this workplace, fashion, art, and culture are an integral part of each day.

This is a long-term assignment.

Work tasks

• Responsible for the daily operation and Front Desk staff being representable
• Welcome and take care of external guests and guide them appropriately
• Provide right service and guide colleagues with Office support related requests
• Answer all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail (incl. distribution) and sort all incoming invoices
• Responsible that Front desk and lobby area meets expectations
• Manage conference room bookings
• Cost management and code invoices

We are looking for

• 8-10 years working experience within the service field
• Experience in reception, office or Front Desk management is required
• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Has a strong service mindset and a professional, welcoming presence

It is meritorious if you have
