Marketing Activation Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be part of the marketing organization and work closely with teams within Brand & Communications, Sales, Service & Maintenance and Growth. Your main focus will be to support the planning and execution of marketing activation initiatives across the Nordic market.

You will have a hands-on and varied role where you contribute to bringing campaigns, offers and marketing programs from strategy to execution. You will also monitor performance, coordinate activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and help ensure that activations deliver against agreed KPIs.

Work tasks

This role involves a mix of operational and strategic marketing tasks, focusing on project launches, sales support, and regional activation across the Nordics and Baltics.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activations across the Nordic market
• Adapt and coordinate campaigns, offers and local marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand & Communications, Growth and Service & Maintenance
• Coordinate agencies, partners and marketing materials for activations
• Monitor KPIs and ensure activities meet budget, quality and compliance requirements

We are looking for

• A university degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• At least 2 years of experience within marketing, sales or a similar commercial environment

• Experience working with marketing campaigns, activations or projects

• Experience with project coordination and performance follow-up

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English

• Experience from an international or complex organization is considered an advantage
