Work tasks

The role focuses on technical development and maintenance of the Remedy platform, supported by modern DevOps.

• Platform Configuration: Build forms and workflows in BMC Helix based on design patterns.
• System Integrations: Connect the platform with external tools.
• Troubleshooting & Testing: Identify and fix issues in solutions using testing tools.
• Documentation: Write clear configuration guides in the team's knowledge base.
• Quality & Learning: Participate in code reviews and learn IT operations frameworks.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers and architects in project management tools.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with

• Experience with BMC Helix or similar AI-driven ITSM tools.
• Experience in software development.
• A University degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Meritorious

• Knowledge/experience of APIs.
• Previous work experience in the field.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
