As an Application Specialist Supply Chain you will be the primary support for St1 Nordics key users with a focus on Supply Chain and logistics solutions. This role involves managing various system solutions, ensuring continuous development, and acting as the bridge between users, developers and consultants across St1's Nordic operations. You will be specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finans & Operations and be responsible for Key-user training and support, managing tickets and production issues, analyze and plan Supply Chain solutions in cooperation with developers and the users.

As Application Specialist Supply Chain you will be reporting to the Supply & Production Solution Owner and be a part of the business unit Business Technology where you will collaborate with developers, specialists, project managers and consultants. The position is based in Stockholm and will include some traveling within the Nordics, for example to support users or conduct trainings and workshops.

Work tasks

In this role you will act as the Subject Matter Expert and Application Specialist for all Supply Chain and Logistics solutions across the St1 Nordic. The processes in your scope cover a wide range, including Inbound logistics, trade capture, Production calculations and accounting, Fuels mass-balancing support, and Procurement and warehousing of spare parts. You will for example,

• Act as the D365 and microservice application specialist for Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Designing and planning solutions in cooperation with the team, ensuring consistency and alignment across all Nordic companies.
• Providing support and training to Key Users and managing development and production issue tickets.
• Analyzing new business and technical requirements, followed by ensuring proper quality assurance and documentation during deployments.

We are looking for

• You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and knowledge in relevant modules, preferable from a Key User or Super User role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, economics, logistics, or a relevant field.
• Good understanding of ERP system modules and structure, including sites and warehousing.
• Basic financial management knowledge for system support.
• Fluency in English and either Swedish or Finnish.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience as a D365 consultant or Key User in large-scale production planning/supply planner roles.
• Experience with 'Wet-Stock' (liquid products, density control) within supply chain.
• Experience as a Key User in IT implementation and process development projects.
• Basic technical background or knowledge to facilitate user training and documentation.
