About the role

Our client is a global leader in music streaming, serving millions of users worldwide. The company offers an open platform, allowing developers to utilize their API to create unique user experiences.
You will play a key role in supporting product and engineering managers by handling technical support, quality assuring manual reviews (human-in-the-loop), and driving the automation of internal processes. Essentially, you will serve as the bridge between external partners and internal development teams, ensuring they derive maximum value from our client’s technical solutions.

Work tasks

• Technical Advisory & Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor and the bridge between internal product teams and external partners to drive mutual technical success.
• Technical Support: Provide 2nd-line support to external partners and 1st-line support to internal stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Drive initiatives to automate manual support processes.
• Documentation & Content Strategy: Ensure website content and documentation are optimized for both human developers and AI agents.
• Community Management: Oversee and cultivate community management initiatives.

We are looking for

• Strong technical understanding.
• Experience in web development.
• Experience in a technical support role or a similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A solid understanding of API design principles
• A degree or post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with JavaScript, Machine Learning (ML), and/or Java.
