Group Business Analyst

Work tasks

• Collaborate closely with executive teams, business and process developers, and IT functions to understand needs, identify opportunities, and transform data into actionable insights.
• Map and document business flows and processes to identify the right data sources and create relevant analyses.
• Develop reports and visualizations that make complex information easy to act on from a business perspective.
• Initiate and lead experimental approaches to improve our internal tools and processes. This may include A/B testing, multivariate testing, pre-post analyses, or other methods for causal inference.
• You play a key role in strengthening the organization’s ability to understand and use data in everyday work. Your efforts contribute to increasing our overall data literacy.

We are looking for

• Have experience working with data in a business-oriented context, such as business intelligence, business controlling, as a business analyst, or similar roles.
• Moves effortlessly in the cross-section between technology and business and thrives on taking initiative.
• Have knowledge of SQL and are comfortable working in cloud-based environments such as AWS or GCP – ideally with experience using tools like BigQuery.
• Is curious about new technology and has experience building own AI agents or working with generative AI.
• Communicates effortlessly in English; knowledge of the Swedish language is a strong merit.

• Final interview including business case with the hiring manager
