About the role

For our client that is a global appliance company we are now looking for a Website Content Manager!

As the Website Content Manager – Post-Purchase at our client, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and driving business growth through strategic content management. You will be responsible for curating, creating, and managing website content related to after-sales services, care products and accessories to enhance the customer journey and ensure peace of mind for our customers. Your work will directly make sure that we are optimizing the customer journey to showcase offerings at the right time, in the right way to the right customer enabling us to benefit customers and drive sales and conversion.

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for building a world-class website for our customers and business. You will work proactively with stakeholders, making shared decisions on strategy and goals, exploring different development options, and guiding the team towards value and rolling out content to our website. You will also measure key metrics to ensure the content we create provides value to our users and to our business. You will need to be analytical, technically minded, consumer focused and very data driven. You like working with others and getting things done.

This is a consultant assignment through Academic Work that will be ongoing until 31st och december.

Work tasks

As the Website Content Manager – post-purchase you will focus on creation, activation and optimization of brand and product story telling on-site, engaging with partners for feedback and requirements, and coordinating with others to bring our content to life. You will work closely with the full Web Content Team to ensure delivery of content within the post-purchase space is aligned with the overall content strategy. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that the brand language, tone of voice and content principles carry through all published content. We are a team committed to delivering outstanding consumer experiences designed to scale across our markets. We believe it’s critical to put the customer at the heart of what we do and how we communicate.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with ensuring that all content supports and enhances the user- experience throughout the post-purchase journey.
  • Content management: oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle including planning, publishing, and maintenance to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency across digital touchpoints. Part of this will be identifying where new content needs to be created.
  • Commercial Area Offers Integration. Collaborate closely with post-purchase programs to integrate commercial area-related content seamlessly into the user experience to drive sales and conversion, awareness, and participation
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You will attend regular stand-ups, retrospectives and ceremonies to help drive project launches, share information and define priorities using your expertise.
  • User experience and core metrics: You will own and drive key Website Experience metrics related to postpurchase including session, time on site, Bounce Rate, Conversion (add to cart, Book a service etc).
  • Drive Improvement. You will use GA-4 analytics and other tools to analyze customer behavior, feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness and impact of post-purchase content. Based on this data, you will create briefs with clear hypothesis and present them to the broader CDI XO teams during springs meetings to prioritize, and action. Follow-up on performance using predetermined success metrics and create roll-out plans if successful.
  • Brand Messaging. You will represent the website content team in cross functional forums to maximize content effectiveness and consistency of our brand and messaging across touch points.
  • Compliance and Governance. You will ensure that all post-purchase related content adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, brand guidelines and quality standards, maintaining brand integrity and trust.
  • Sales Area and Content Expert. You will stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content management and user experience optimization, actively seeking opportunities to enhance website performance and effectiveness when it comes to post-purchase.

We are looking for

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field or relevant Business experience with at least 4 years of digital development experience, focused on shaping the online consumer journeys and leading the development of web / app features and functionalities.
  • You have experience with Google Analytics is required and GA4 Certification is preferred.
  • You have good working "end user" knowledge of at least one web content management system (CMS), such as EpiServer CMS, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, etc.
  • You have experience with project management, agile development, is preferred
  • You have utstanding ability to process and synthesize information and formulate a POV
  • You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, attuned to cross-cultural communication differences
  • You have knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken.
