About the role
As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to building a deep understanding of our target audiences and ensuring that new products and services solve real consumer problems. In this role, you will support and help grow your assigned category by developing marketing assets that drive conversion and purchase intent, and actively support the end-to-end Commercial Launch process.
The assignment runs until the end of the year with an opportunity to a permanent position afterwards.
Work tasks
As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will connect consumer insights with effective marketing execution, helping shape product and service experiences from ideation to launch. You’ll collaborate across teams to understand target audiences, ensure offerings meet real needs, and support the creation of marketing assets that drive conversion and successful launches.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Experience Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on projects focused on experience and messaging development
- Support large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and project coordination
- Contribute to successful product launches and impactful storytelling
- Develop, review, and support marketing deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely execution
- Work closely with Marketing Operations and IMC teams on content creation
- Partner with local market teams to ensure content meets local needs and is effectively leveraged
- Share best practices and identify opportunities for synergies across the EMEA organization
- Support internal and external events to bring brand experiences and storytelling to life
We are looking for
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Good professional experience in product or marketing functions
- Experience with stakeholder management across functions or markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with colleagues and partners across different geographies and time zones
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
It is meritorious if you have:
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Experience in a large, international company
