UX Lead for Global Tech & Industrial Company!

About the role

As a UX Lead, you will shape and evolve a scalable design system in an international product organization with strong digital ambitions. You will work closely with UI designers and engineering teams, lead structure in Figma, and establish clear workflows for how the system is used and maintained. The role focuses on system thinking, technical understanding and cross-functional collaboration. This is a one-year assignment with very high chances of extension.

Work tasks

• Structure and further develop the design system in Figma
• Create clear workflows, naming conventions and documentation
• Translate design decisions into technical reasoning and support developers
• Act as the link between design, product and engineering to ensure alignment

We are looking for

• Proven experience implementing or evolving a design system
• Advanced Figma experience with large component libraries
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Technical understanding, preferably with frontend exposure (React, RN, Jetpack Compose or similar)
• Ability to communicate with developers and understand technical constraints
• Strong structural ability in component architecture, naming and documentation
• Relevant post-secondary education within UX/UI, interaction design or similar
• Good command of English, considered a merit with Swedish knowledge in speaking and writing

• Experience from larger organizations or product companies with multiple teams
• Experience working across several products or brands
• Experience defining how teams work with and contribute to a design system
