About the role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will handle sales inquiries, support the sales team and generate new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for customer support and technical advice. The role involves working with different teams to optimize processes and create great customer experiences. The company is in a growth phase and therefore not all structures are in place. To thrive in the position, you need to be very self-driven, enjoy taking initiative and enjoy working without clear structure and guidelines.

Work tasks
You will work with both inside sales and customer support, which means you will have a varied and broad role.
- Handle and follow up incoming inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Support field sales with quotes, leads and follow-up
- Proactively contact customers to drive business and qualify leads
- Coordinate sales activities together with sales and marketing teams
- Present solutions and create customized quotes
- Work with CRM and contribute to sales targets
- Manage the entire order flow - from quote to invoice
- Take care of customer cases via phone, email and chat
- Provide basic level technical support
- Help manage complaints and suggestions for improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
We are looking for
- Experience in customer support, inside sales or sales
- Very good technical understanding
- Very good experience in administrative tasks
- Experience of working in various CRM and business systems
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, as the work is mainly in English
It is advantageous if you have
- Very good knowledge of German
